By accessing or using the services provided by Grayce Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Grayce Services provides end-of-life doula support, including but not limited to:
Our services are supportive and educational in nature. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Grayce Services is not a healthcare provider. Our doula services are complementary to, not a substitute for, professional medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
We treat all personal information shared during our services with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Information disclosed during planning sessions, bedside visits, or consultations will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We do not keep traditional office hours. We meet with families at the time and place most convenient for them, including evenings, weekends, and in the comfort of their own home. Scheduling is subject to availability and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that circumstances in end-of-life care can change rapidly. We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible, but we recognize that this is not always feasible. No cancellation fees will apply in urgent or emergency situations.
Grayce Services provides support and guidance to the best of our ability. We are not liable for outcomes related to medical decisions, legal arrangements, or financial matters. Our role is to support, guide, and advocate, not to replace professional advisors in those fields.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
